New Mixed-Use Development Unveiled in Sandy Springs

Vinings-based Oxford Properties introduced its plan for a state-of-the-art, mixed-use development at the corner of Hammond Drive and Peachtree-Dunwoody Road to the public at a recent Sandy Springs Community Zoning Information Meeting.

The plan proposes a five-story building with 395 apartment homes, between 60,000 and 70,000 square feet of retail space, up to 20,000 square feet of office space and an internal, covered parking deck with 130 spaces for the property at 1155 Hammond Drive, which is the current home of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Perimeter Center and a 90,000-square-foot office building.
