DeKalb Planning & Land Use Committee Moving Forward with Moratorium on Stream Buffer Variances

Today, the Planning and Land Use Committee of the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners voted to direct county staff to prepare a stream buffer variance moratorium for submission and consideration at a specially called meeting next week.  The three-commissioner committee is chaired by Jeff Radar and includes Kathie Gannon and Larry Johnson.  The next meeting is August 15.
